Strong Communication Skill.
Strategic thinker with proven ability to execute company strategy.
Capable of understanding the technology products/service offerings and ability to articulate product strategy in a Consultative manner and should give technical support to the Team.
Managing Corporate Accounts and relations.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to operations.
Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.
Work with onsite sales teams to manage & contribute to responses to customer requests for information, proposals
Identifies gaps between business processes, system solutions and client needs.
Uses own expertise and input gathered from other internal resources to identify appropriate ways to fill gaps.
