Human Resource Management System is a bundled package which takes care all the important functionalities of HR. The modules covered in this package are Recruitment Module, New-Joinee Reporting System, Attendance Module, Appraisal for Probationers, Appraisal for Confirmed Employees, Leave Management System, Travel Request System, Expense Management System, & Payroll. All these modules are linked to a central Employee database, which is used to capture the important details for all employees. |

| The objective of this module is to allow the HR to create & float various opportunities within the organization to the internal & external people. Internal people i.e. employees can apply for the available opportunities either by Internal Referral option or Internal Job postings. External people i.e. Consultants or other candidates can post their profile through company corporate website. Every application posted will go through a defined recruitment process (shortlisting, interview schedule, offer letter etc), which will be maintained by HR. |

| The main objective of this module is to manage the joining process of new employees. This module will also facilitate to print Appointment Letters as per templates that are defined grade wise. On submitting the data, the info gets updated in the Employee Info System. The advantage of this module is that; since the data is stored in the system it is always available for reporting purpose & the HR executive doesn’t have bother about printing the appointment in the desired format which now the application takes care. |

| It’s a central database for the eHRMS package where all the relevant info regarding all the employees is maintained. All these employee details can be grouped & viewed by various ways like: by Name, Department, Qualification, Designation, Grade, Birthdays, Work Experience & so. All the other basic masters like Designation, Departments, and Approvers etc. are also maintained in the module. This module has also got the feature of importing some important data with respect to Employee from Excel sheet (predefined format). |

| This module works in integration with the Attendance – cum - Access Control Machine while entering and leaving the office. The administrator has to generate a MIS report (which could be a DAT file, containing every employee’s first check-in & last check-out) once in a month & import the data from this file into the system. Also, this module works in integration with Outdoor register & Leave Management System. In order have this integration, all the employees should be defined in the Access Control Machine with Employee Code as primary key attribute. |

| The main objective of this module is to generate an assessment document by the Probationer of their performance at the end of their probation period and get a feedback about their strengths & weaknesses. Every document will flow through approval cycle by Appraiser, Reviewer & finally HR. Eventually on approval by HR, the status of the employee in the Employee Info system will be updated to “Confirmed” to ensure the confirmation. |

| The main objective of this module helps an employee to fill in his appraisal form & submit it for approval process. The employee himself does his rating, which is being evaluated by his superiors & finally by HR. |

| This module caters to all training related activities including planning, budgeting, and calendaring/scheduling and feedbacks. This module is linked to Employee Information System & also can be linked with Appraisal module if required. Employee can create self Needs. HR can also create Training Needs for employee. HR can consolidate the training needs and schedule training by creating a training Calendar. Once the training is completed the employees attending the training have a facility to give feedback and post training entries. |

| This module helps the employees to request for Leaves & Encashment. It’s a three level approval process with 2nd level being optional. The advantage of this module is that the Administrator can maintain its own Leave master as per organization’s policy and all the leaves are parameterized. The module has also got list of Holidays to be defined by admin on the basis of which the no. of leaves will be calculated. Employee has the provision to Withdraw leaves if required. On the final approval (by HR) all the respective leave balances are updated accordingly. The employee can also see his leave balances online while requesting for leaves. Similarly, Encashment request also follows the same approval process & updations. Leave Registers on Daily/Weekly/Monthly can be viewed. Also Leave Chart on Monthly basis can be printed. |

| The main objective of the module is to manage request for Domestic/International Travel. User creates & submits his requests (Domestic/International) for approval. On approval of these requests, each request is forwarded to the HR/Admin department for the necessary tickets & accommodation booking. HR/Admin can input the relevant booking details & can forward to the Requestor. On final approval of the Travel Request, automatically entries are made in the Outdoor register of Attendance module. |

This module covers reimbursement of 2 types claims (Salary/Petty Cash). In Salary related claim the employee is annually entitled for certain Salary related expenses at the beginning of the Financial Year. The user then submits his request to HR for approval.
On HR’s approval → Accounts Approval → Cashier’s payment; the amount reimbursed & approved gets updated against the entitled amount for that employee. In case of Petty Cash claim the employee submits his request for claims on actual (multiple currencies) to Departmental Head → Accounts Head → Cashier. |

| This module helps the HR to import the monthly salary details from Paymax. On verification of these salary details, the data is published on the intranet so that the employee can take a print out of its Pay slip. |
