Job Description:

  • Minimum one year of technical support experience in a global environment
  • First Level troubleshooting skills for OS/Software/Applications/Hardware/Network
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
  • Cisco CCNA certified (or equivalent network administrations certification) – Certification will give added advantage but not mandatory.
  • MS Outlook & Office 365 Knowledge
  • Mobile (smartphone) technical knowledge and support skills
  • Knowledge about IT systems such as: Citrix, Symantec AV, Ticketing
