- Minimum one year of technical support experience in a global environment
- First Level troubleshooting skills for OS/Software/Applications/Hardware/Network
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
- Cisco CCNA certified (or equivalent network administrations certification) – Certification will give added advantage but not mandatory.
- MS Outlook & Office 365 Knowledge
- Mobile (smartphone) technical knowledge and support skills
- Knowledge about IT systems such as: Citrix, Symantec AV, Ticketing
Experience: 1+ years
