Job Description:

  • Understanding of IT products
  • Begin the sales process through tele and digital lead generation activities
  • Conduct strategic business conversations with prospects to understand their needs
  • Qualify new sales opportunities by closely prospecting inbound and outbound leads
  • Managing new developed accounts and existing accounts to generate revenue
  • Understand customer needs, requirements and budgets
  • Coordination with support team to ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Timely payment follow up
  • Customer / clients grievance handling 
  • Regular interaction with customer to provide satisfaction after sales
  • Build up a decent pipeline and close deals consistently

Experience: 1.6 – 3 years

Qualification: Any Graduate
