Job Description:

  • 24X7 Remote Support to Global Client – 8 Hours Shift Operations Weekly Rotation Basis.
  • Good English Communication Skills.
  • Basic Troubleshooting knowledge Related to Outlook/MS Office/Windows OS/Patch Management/Antivirus Virus/Printing related issues.
  • Basic Network Trouble Shooting & Network Monitoring / Call Escalations.
  • Office 365 Basics Like MS Office On Cloud / Skype for Business / One Drive / One Note.
  • Knowledge on SLA – Service Level Agreements & Response V/s Resolution

Experience: 3 – 4 years

Qualification: Any Graduate
